Before-Your-Order-Ships Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee if your equipment hasn’t shipped from our warehouse. Equipment generally ships within two-five business days from the day you place your order, M-F. Once-Your-Order-Has-Shipped Cancellation: If you cancel your order after the product has been shipped from Landice, but prior to delivery, Landice charges a 25% restocking fee based on the invoice amount. To cancel your order, you must contact a Landice Representative to discuss at 973-927-9010; M-F 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
After Delivery Return: We are unable to accept returns after the product has been delivered. If there is an out-of-box problem or an operating issue occurs during installation, the installer will fix the issue or a service technician. Please notify Landice of any issues within 24 hours of installation. Please see Landice warranty card for details and if Landice deems the product unrepairable, Landice will replace the defective unit.
