Pre-negotiated Sale by an Authorized Landice Dealer
In order to provide the highest level of service to our customers, Landice sells its' products through independent authorized fitness specialty dealers with whom we have pre-negotiated your online order.
As part of the order process you will be asked to select a local authorized Landice dealer who will become your selling dealer. Or, you can have Landice select a selling dealer for you.
Your selling dealer is responsible for all aspects of the sale. Your dealer will contact you to answer any questions you may have about the product. They will obtain your billing information and arrange for delivery and assembly. Your Landice dealer is responsible for all after sales support and service per our Residential Warranty.
In the rare case that you do not reside near an authorized Landice dealer, Landice shall sell the product directly and assume all sale and after sale responsibility directly.
White Glove in Home Delivery and Assembly
Prices include delivery and assembly in the room of your choice.
The Landice $200 delivery and assembly fee is based on a selling dealer being with-in a 60 mile radius. If the dealer is outside the 60 mile radius additional fees may apply.
Upon receipt of your order, your selling dealer will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient delivery time to deliver the product to your home.
In the rare case that you do not reside near an authorized Landice dealer, Landice shall locate an independent service company capable of delivering and installing your Landice product and will contact you within 48 hours with the delivery information.
Your independent selling dealer is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting all applicable sales to their local taxing authorities. As our dealers are independent, Landice can assume no responsibility should a dealer fail to calculate, collect and remit the proper sales tax to their local taxing authorities.
In the rare case that you do not reside near an authorized Landice dealer and Landice sells the product directly, quoted prices are exclusive of all sales taxes. Because Landice has no presence outside the state of New Jersey, we do not collect any sales tax on sales made outside of New Jersey. You may, however, be subject to a use-tax based upon the state in which you live.
Lifetime Warranty on All Parts Including Wear Items
Landice, Inc. warrants home products including residential treadmills, bikes and the E7 Elliptical sold into residential settings after November 1st, 2008 as follows. Note that products in commercial settings are not eligible for this program.
SERVICE LABOR 1 YEAR
Warranty applies to original owner only. “Warranty Registration Card” must be submitted within 30 days of initial installation. You may register online at our product registration page
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or negligence to the product. This warranty does cover normal wear and tear. Worn or defective parts must be returned to Landice within 30 days of repair for analysis. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.
1 Year In-Home Service Labor
For a period of 1 year, Landice will reimburse the selling dealer according to the terms, rates and conditions in effect at the time of service. A service authorization number must be obtained prior to performing service in order to qualify for service reimbursement. This service warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation, setup, or adjustments. Note that treadbelt tensioning and tracking is the responsibility of the user and is not covered by this warranty. Instructions for treadbelt tensioning and tracking are located in the owner's manual. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
FDIC (Fitness Delivery Installation & Confimation) Assurance
In the event your selling dealer is unable or unwilling for any reason to deliver a Landice product ordered through the Landice on-line order website, Landice will step in and assure that the product your ordered is delivered and set up to your satisfaction.
Your selling dealer will contact you within 48 hours of order to obtain your credit card and billing information.
Each Landice dealer has their own cancellation policy depending on the shipping and processing costs they may have incurred in their order fulfillment process. To learn the specifics of your particular dealer’s cancellation policy, please inquire at time of billing.
These conditions apply within the 48 Contintental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are excluded.
